武陵山片区电气工程及其自动化专业人才培养模式与课程体系研究

摘要

According to the demand of wuling mountain area power talent, the personnel cultivating mode and course system of electrical engineering and automation were researched. The personnel cultivating mode of "college construction and education together with the enterprise, four modernizations and five stages"was presented, Combined with the personnel cultivating mode, the practical teaching system was built.%根据武陵山片区对电力人才的需求,对服务于武陵山片区经济建设的电气工程及其自动化专业人才培养模式与课程体系进行了研究. 提出了"校企共建、校企共育、四化五阶段"的人才培养模式,并结合"一强二弱,强弱结合"的课程体系建设,从而构建"五层次"的实践教学体系.
