关于核电站建设期间应急体系建设的研究

摘要

Construction of the nuclear power plant is a complex process, the owner, supervision, general contractor and other contractor units are involved. Because of the safety risk during the construction, establishing a reasonable and effective emergency system is necessary. According to the emergency system of nuclear power plant, this paper finds a way to establish a unified emergency system during the period of nuclear power plant construction.%核电站建设是一项涉及业主、监理、总包单位、承包单位等多方的复杂过程,针对施工过程存在的各类生产安全风险,需要建立合理有效的应急体系来应对. 本文依据核电站建设期间的应急体系建设运行情况,分析了其特点并提出了建立核电站建设期间统一应急体系的建议.
