Innovation awkward is the problem affecting the enterprise's development. It is very significant to strength enterprise knowledge management, implement the enterprise radical technology innovation, and avoid the predicament of technological innovation. The enterprise radical technology innovation competence is the combination of accumulated knowledge and knowledge transform, knowledge innovation.
