三类RD团队中个人绩效评价指标体系研究

     

摘要

研究与开发工作按过程可分为基础研究、应用研究和试验发展三大类.基于三类R&D活动来研究研发团队中个人绩效评价指标体系,并根据三类研发活动各自的特征,对不同的R&D活动选用不同的评价尺度.同时,运用熵值法和层次分析法确定各自的指标权重,做到静态赋权和动态赋权相结合.建立一套既有针对性,又有系统性,能全面反映R&D团队中个人绩效特征的评价指标体系,为构建研发团队中个人绩效评价指标体系提供一种设计思路.%The research and development work can be divided into fundamental research, applied research and experimental development by the process. Study on index system of individual performance appraisal in the R&D team based on three kinds of R&D activities, according to their respective characteristics of the three types of scientific research activities, selects the different appraisal criterion to the different types of R&D activities. Meanwhile, using Entropy Method and AHP to determine their respective target weights, achieves the combination of static empowerment and dynamic empowerment. Establish a set of targeted and systemic evaluation index system what can fully reflect individual performance characteristics in the R&D team, to provide a design idea for building index system of individual performance appraisal in the R&D team.
