KI BS企业嵌入强度对科技型小微企业技术创新绩效影响研究

摘要

针对当前对知识密集型服务企业和科技型小微企业互动关系研究的不足，引入关系强度概念，探讨了在创新网络中知识密集型服务企业嵌入关系强度、组织学习能力、科技型小微企业技术创新绩效之间的关系，以江苏省科技型小微企业为样本，对研究假设进行实证检验。研究发现：知识密集型服务企业嵌入对科技型小微企业技术创新绩效有促进作用；关系强度(包括强关系和弱关系)对科技型小微企业技术创新绩效有正向影响，强关系对突破性技术创新绩效有明显促进作用，弱关系对渐进性技术创新绩效有明显促进作用，组织学习能力在关系强度与技术创新绩效间发挥中介调节作用。%This paper compensates the neglecting of knowledge intensive business services (KIBS)and technology based small and micro businesses interaction research,introduce the relation strength concept,discusses the relationship of KIBS embedding strength,organizational learning capability,technology-based small and micro businesses technical inno-vation performance in the innovation networks.It choose science and technology small and micro businesses in Jiangsu as a research subj ect.Result shows that:the embedding of KIBS has positive effects on technological innovation performance of the scientific and technological small and micro businesses ;tie strength (subdivided into strong ties and weak ties)has a positive impact on technological innovation performance.Strong ties have positive impact on breakthrough technology in-novation performance,and it have stronger impact than weak ties,weak ties have positive impact on incremental technolo-gy innovation performance,and have stronger impact than strong ties.Organizational learning capability plays a role of me-diator and moderator between the tie strength and technological innovation performance.
