基于军事工程实践的工程和谐管理探索性案例研究

摘要

It is widely acknowledged that traditional and classic engineering management theories show certain limitations in military engineering practice ,so this paper highlights the importance of enriching and perfecting them .Basically ,w e fo-cused on three theories ,that are ,Engineering System Theory ,Engineering Philosophy and Engineering Ethics Theory . Our main research subjects are oil depot expansion engineering of military airport ,protective door engineering and camou-flage military protection engineering of High dimensional simulation etc .,all of which were carried out by Guangzhou mili-tary engineering construction bureau .Exploratory cases study was the main method been employed and the logical frame-work and operation mechanism of engineering harmonious management were explored and constructed in this paper .%针对传统工程管理理论在军事工程管理实践应用中的局限性，提出完善既有工程管理理论的必要性。根据工程系统论、工程哲学、工程伦理等理论，选取广州军区工程建设局的军用机场油库扩容改造工程、单机掩蔽库和防护门工程、多维高仿真伪装军事防护工程等典型军事工程管理案例作为研究对象，运用探索性案例研究方法，构建了工程和谐管理的逻辑框架并探究了其运行机理。
