基于创新诊断的企业科技创新发展对策研究

摘要

Innovation enterprise diagnosis is an important power to promote the enterprise technology innovation ability ,ac‐celerate the transformation and upgrading of enterprises .T his paper ,taking the innovative diagnosis as the breakthrough point ,focuses on the establishment of the indicator system for enterprise technological innovation capacity form such three dimensions as the technology innovation ,organization innovation and system innovation ,as well introduces the weighted average method and SWOT analysis to diagnose and analyze the enterprise innovation capacity ,and finally ,according to the empirical results ,comes up with the countermeasures and suggestions for the enhancement of enterprise technological innovation capacity .%企业创新诊断是提升企业科技创新能力、加快企业转型升级的重要助力。以企业创新诊断为切入点，从技术创新、组织创新和制度创新三方面构建了企业科技创新能力指标体系，并用加权平均法和SWOT 分析法对江苏省中小企业创新能力及创新发展战略进行了案例分析，提出了促进企业科技创新发展的对策建议。
