高校科研质量评价价值取向的反思与重构

         

摘要

The value orientation of quality evaluation of university's scientific research need scientific guidance .However , the value orientation of the current university scientific research evaluation has some deviation .Based on value orientation of quality evaluation of scientific research in colleges and universities based on reality and reason analysis ,the contingent value orientation for evaluation of the quality of scientific research in colleges and universities is proposed ,including dis‐covery of knowledge and explosion of unknown ,technological innovation and serving to the society ,promotion of teaching and talent cultivation ,self‐reflection and fulfillment of the mission .Finally ,this study proposes the following four path‐ways .%高校科研质量评价需要科学的价值取向引导。然而,当下高校科研评价价值取向在实践中表现出偏差,影响着科研评价对高校科研质量提升的促进作用。在对我国高校科研质量评价价值取向实然状态进行反思的基础上,提出应该坚持“鼓励原创,探求未知;创新技术,服务社会;促进教学,培养人才;反思自身,坚守使命”的价值取向,同时提出了上述价值取向的实现路径。
