高技术虚拟产业集群成员投融资信用评级研究

摘要

High-tech Virtual Industry Cluster （HTVIC for short） is a new organization mode which depends on the relation between cluster members. The investing and financing activities can be ensured by the credit rating mechanism. Starting with analyzing the factors that influence the investing and financing credit,the characteristics of HTVIC are considered to choose an effective investing and financing credit rating index system,and corresponding evaluating processes are designed.%高技术虚拟产业集群（hi-techVirtualIndustryCluster，以下简称HTVIC）作为一种依托集群成员间关系网形成的新型组织模式，其成员之间的投融资活动可借助集群内部的信用评级机制加以保障。文章从高技术虚拟产业集群成员投融资信用的影响因素入手，结合HTVIC的特征，选择方便易行的投融资信用评价指标，并为其设计相应的评价流程。
