珠三角装备制造业自主创新模式与创新绩效影响因素实证研究

摘要

珠江三角洲是我国三大装备制造业基地之一,其装备制造业近年来取得了突飞猛进的发展,但产业大而不强、自主创新能力薄弱等问题依然突出.提升产业创新能力的关键在于选择适合产业发展的自主创新模式.通过对珠江三角洲装备制造企业的深入调研,构建结构方程模型,对珠三角装备制造企业自主创新模式以及创新绩效进行探索性和验证性因素分析.结果表明,创新意识等7项关键性因素对自主创新模式和创新绩效产生显著影响,而创新模式与创新绩效之间存在明显的非递归关系.在此基础上,提出提升产业创新能力的政策建议,为企业、政府创新战略的制定提供决策依据.%As one of the three major equipment manufacturing bases in China, the equipment manufacturing industry of Pearl River Delta has made rapid development in recent years. But the problems are still outstanding: the equipment manufacturing is big rather than strong and the capability of independent innovation is weak. We believe that the key issue is the correct choice for industry innovation modes. In this study, we make in - depth the research to equipment manufacturing enterprises in the Pearl River Delta and build a structural equation model, equipment manufacturing enterprises in the Pearl River Delta mode selection of independent innovation to make the exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. The results show that seven key factors have significant impacts on the mode and performance of innovation which have non - recursive relationships between the two variables obviously. On this basis, we propose the strategies to improve the innovative capability of policy recommendations for enterprises and governments.
