国外质量管理研究现状及趋势分析——基于理论构建与研究方法视角

摘要

This paper selects 10 years' latest papers from three international top journals of quality management (QM) , and those related papers are classified by research topics and research methods. Then, analyses and discussions about theory building and research method are put up based on results of classification and Knowledge Domain Map to discover research status and evolution trend of QM.%选取三种国际质量管理方面的权威期刊近10年与质量管理相关的文献为研究对象,将符合条件的文献按研究主题和研究方法分别进行归类,并根据归类汇总结果和知识图谱分析情况,从理论构建与研究方法两个视角分析质量管理的研究现状与演进趋势.
