基于BP神经网络的企业知识流绩效评价研究

摘要

知识在交流中形成知识流,为使知识流健康发展,科学、全面地评价知识流的绩效至关重要.采用BP神经网络的方法解决企业知识绩效评价的问题,建立企业知识绩效评价模型,并结合算例进行分析.应用示例表明该模型具有较高的精度和效率,在知识绩效评价中具有较好的应用价值.%The knowledge becomes knowledge flow during communication, which has significant influence on the healthy development of knowledge flow.On the other side, the communication of knowledge plays an important role for evaluating the performance of knowledge flow scientifically and comprehensively.This article focuses on the way of using BP model for solving the issues of enterprise performance evaluation, and establishes the model of enterprise performance evaluation and analyses the data with a sample.The sample shows this model with higher precision and efficiency which has a good application value in the knowledge performance evaluation.
