企业组织能力对技术创新速度影响的实证研究——以上海工业企业为例

摘要

Based on the theory literatures and the survey of enterprises, with a sample of 221 firms by questionnaire, the paper, from the view of organizational capabilities, uses the SPSS software to analyze the influencing ingredients of firms’innovation speed.The results show that the three variables of organizational capabilities have significantly positive impacts on innovation speed.The object of this study is to offer theoretical foundation for the corporations to expedite innovation speed.%在理论文献探讨的基础上,结合企业实地调研,通过调查问卷收集221家企业样本,运用SPSS统计软件,基于组织能力视角,对企业技术创新速度的影响因素进行了实证分析.研究结果显示,组织能力的三个变量对两种技术创新速度存在显著影响作用.研究目的在于为我国企业加快技术创新速度提供理论依据.
