摘要

The paper points out that the ethical responsibility and the essence of the responsibility for nanotechnology community by asking the ethical issues of nanotechnology and looking for the impacts of nanotechnology for human health, environment and zoology, society at the very beginning. To emphasize that the ethical responsibility is not traditional deontology, but the modem responsibility ethics integrating virtue ethics, the mission is a noble ethical spirit having strategic goal and higher responsibility than common.
