Using the query report, the paper illustrates the importance of the science and technology service industry in developing low - carbon economy first, then identifies its kernel and different coverage along with different life cycle phases of low - carbon technologies based on relative literatures, and puts forward some suggestions in the end.%首先用调查问卷例证了科技服务业在低碳经济发展中的重要性,然后在文献梳理基础上分析了低碳科技服务业的内涵,讨论了在低碳技术生命周期不同阶段中科技服务业的作用和范围,最后依此对低碳科技服务业的发展提出了政策建议.
