回顾了深莞惠科技合作进展情况,分析了深莞惠科技一体化存在的主要问题,提出了深莞惠科技一体化的总体思路是一圈、两带和三区,推进战略是市场推动、高端抢占、服务引领、产业提升和区域联动,主要任务是提升东莞和惠州科技发展综合竞争力,有效承接深圳科技转移、辐射和扩散,推动科技创新资源开发共享,发挥深圳在区域科技合作的龙头作用,推进区域科技园区建设,推进科技政策体系的协调统一.%This paper reviews the progress of science and technology cooperation among Shenzhen, Dongguan and Huizhou, and analyzes the main problems on the integration of science and technology. This paper considers that the overall thoughts of integration are ' one circle, two belts and three areas' ; the promotion strategies are market promotion, high -end preemption, service lead, industrial ascension and regional cooperation; the main tasks are promoting the development of science and technology comprehensive competitiveness of Dongguan and Huizhou, undertaking Shenzhens science and technology transfer effectively, promoting the development of science and technology innovation resources sharing, and promoting the regional technology park construction and science and technology policy system to be harmonious and unified.
