PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for realizing effective multimedia teaching by more organically relating moving picture data and drawing (still picture) data to each other with respect to multimedia teaching materials concerned in dental skill using a computer (personal computer). SOLUTION: This dental skill teaching method uses the computer and displays a picture to a dental skill trainee to teach him or her and has a data relating information acquisition step where relating information between moving picture data fractionated by stages and drawing data of relevant drawings corresponding to respective fractionated moving picture data is preliminarily read, a drawing button discrimination step where it is discriminated whether a drawing button meaning display of a relevant drawing has been depressed by an operator or not, and a drawing display step where the drawing is displayed on the basis of the relating information in the case that depression of the button is discriminated in the drawing button discrimination step.
