基于行业联盟的官产学合作模式:以宁波为例

虽然人们对官产学结合问题进行了较多研究,但基于实践运作而进行的案例研究还很少见.宁波市以行业联盟为依托,在探索官产学合作模式方面取得了明显的成效.以宁波市食品加工官产学技术创新联盟为例,对基于行业联盟的官产学合作模式运作机制进行了分析,认为这是一种促进官产学结合的有效模式,具有很大的推广价值,但在运作机制上还需要不断完善.%Although there have been plenty of literatures on cooperation of university - industry - government, case studies based on practice are rarely found. Based on industry alliances, Ningbo has got distinct performance in exploring university - industry - government cooperation. Taking alliance of food processing technological innovation as an example, the paper analyzes the operation mechanism of university - industry - government cooperation model based on industry alliance, and it is thought to be an effective model of promoting university — industry — government cooperation and deserves to be popularized, but its operation mechanism should be improved further.
