人才选优是人才招聘、晋升、提拔等人事工作的重要环节.文章回顾、分析现有人才选优工作中不足的地方,针对人才选优工作中信息的不确定性和模糊性,采用直觉模糊集表示人才属性决策信息,再结合人岗匹配原则考虑岗位任职能力的偏好,提出基于组合赋权的直觉模糊集人才选优决策模型,最后以五邑大学教师岗位的招聘实例分析说明模型的有效性.%The talent selecting is an essential program of recruitment, promotion, elevation, etc. The deficiencies in the current situation of talent selecting are pointed out in this paper. Firstly, because of the fuzziness and uncertainty of the information in the talent selecting, the intuitional fuzzy sets are used in making decision. Secondly, according to the principle of person - job fit, considering the requirement of position, a model of talent selecting decision is obtained, where the subjective and objective factors based on the intuitional fuzzy sets are considered sufficiently. At last, an example of recruitment for teacher in our university shows the effectiveness of the model.
