基于区间直觉模糊集的动态多属性决策模型

         

摘要

A dynamic multi-criteria fuzzy decision-making method based on weighted interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy number correlation coefficients and score function contained transformation parameters is proposed for some situations. It hopes to supplement the insufficiency of the method based on distance measure of IVIFSs. Meanwhile this method reduces the loss of evaluation information by taking into account the influence of hesitancy degree dynamically. Firstly,a non-linear programming model is established based on the maximization of the correlation coefficient between each alternative and the ideal alternative,solving the model to obtain the objective criteria weights. Comprehensive scoring function of each scheme can be obtained by the transformation parameters,discussing the value range of the parameters to realize the dynamic decision analysis. Finally the method is used to evaluate the effectiveness of missile weapon system and to achieve the evaluation of superior and inferior degree of the system.%针对决策信息为区间直觉模糊数的多属性决策问题,提出了一种基于相关系数和含参数得分函数的动态决策方法,弥补了基于距离测度决策方法的缺陷,同时动态地考虑了犹豫度的影响,进而降低了评价信息损失。首先构建基于理想方案相关系数总偏差最小的非线性规划模型以求得客观准则权重。通过得分函数集结得各方案的综合得分函数,讨论参数的取值范围实现动态决策分析。该模型应用于导弹武器系统的效能评估,实现了对系统优劣程度的有效评价。
