基于灰色综合评价的逆向供应链回收模式选择研究

摘要

It is an important guarantee to select the appropriate recovery model to implement the RSC effectively. In this paper the authors analyze and summarize different RSC recovery patterns from different scholars. Under the extended producer responsibility, the recovery mode of reverse supply chain is divided into manufacturer, producer responsibility organization and third - party take - back. Based on the recovery patters, the authors analyze RSC recovery mode selection factors, and use multilevel gray comprehensive evaluation to establish recovery selection mode. At last they verify the feasibility of this method.%选择合适的回收模式是有效实施逆向供应链的重要保障.分析总结不同学者对于逆向供应链回收模式的不同划分,在生产商责任延伸制下将逆向供应链回收模式分为生产者自营回收、生产者联盟回收和第三方回收模式.在此基础上分析逆向供应链回收模式选择的影响因素,运用多层次灰色综合评价法建立逆向供应链回收模式选择的多层次灰色综合评价模型,并通过实例验证该方法的可行性.
