欧洲是世界上太阳能技术发展非常快速的地区之一.利用计量学和文献调研等情报研究方法,对德国、英国、法国和欧盟太阳能产业标准技术的名称、年代号、国别、标准号等相关信息进行收集和检索,通过构建标准信息管理和分析数据库,对这些国家太阳能技术标准体系的数量、时间分布、技术领域和产品分布等进行分析.结果表明:和太阳能热利用标准技术相比,欧洲国家光伏技术标准总量较多,同时标准产品不仅数量多,而且种类较多,包括各类光伏电池个体、组件、电源系统、电网应用等较为系统的光伏应用技术,还使产业发展涉及到薄膜电池商业化阶段,表明欧洲国家对发展光伏发电技术的倾向明显.%Europe is an area in the world where solar technologies are increasing more rapidly. Some information relating to solar technology standards in Germany, England and European Union ( EU) , such as standard names, time, nation name, standard codes and so on are searched for. Then the database of the standard information management and analysis is set up in order to study the quantity, distribution of time, technology field distribution, and product distribution of solar technology standards. It is shown that comparing with standard technologies of solar heat utilization industry, PV technical standards of European countries have more quantity and more kinds of standard products, which can not only include all kinds of PV cell units, modules, power supply system, electricity net, and so on, but also make industry development enter into commerce phase of PV membrane cells. It means European countries put the emphasis on the development of solar PV industries .
