公司治理结构与投资者利益保护

摘要

通过借鉴英关、德日等国家的公司治理模式,针对我国目前公司治理结构中存在的主要问题,站在公司内部视角,提出加强董事会独立性等几点建议,以期进一步优化公司治理结构.%Based on an internal study, the article analyzes the main problem existing in corporate governance structure currently , and gives a few advices such as strengthening the independence of board based on the experience of Anglo - American model and the German - Japanese model.
