重点介绍和分析天津大学在异地建立产业技术研究院的做法与经验，通过分析其功能定位、建设条件、运行模式等，总结建立产业技术研究院的必要条件，对于我国研究型大学在异地建立研究院等平台机构具有一定的借鉴意义。%This article introduces and analyzes the practice and experience of Tianjin University industrial technology insti-tute. Necessary condition of establishing industrial technology institute was summarized by analyzing the function definition, construction term and running mode. It will be used for reference in building platform such as research institute for research university.
