产业集群背景下的产学研协同创新运行机制研究--以重庆电子信息产业为例

摘要

结合产学研协同创新与产业集群的相关理论，提出产业集群背景下的产学研协同创新运行机制模型；基于运行机制模型，根据重庆电子信息产业集群及该领域内产学研协同创新的现状，从动力机制、组织机制、分配机制、调节系统、支撑系统、环境系统提出改善建议。%Combining with the collaborative innovation and industrial cluster theories,the paper puts forward cooperative innovation mechanism model under the background of industrial cluster.Based on the mechanism model,according to Chongqing’ s present situation of electronic information industry cluster and industry-university-institute collaborative innovation in the field,the paper proposes the improvement suggestion for dynamic,organization,and distribution mecha-nisms and regulation,supporting and environment systems.
