人力资源优化配置是企业提高运作效率、实现利益最大化的关键。为实现企业员工任务的合理分配,考虑员工的任务完成成本、任务完成满意度等因素,将时间作为约束条件,构建带有时间约束的非方阵多目标指派模型,采用两阶段法对模型进行求解。通过算例数值计算,结果表明该模型及算法的有效性及可行性,为企业的人事决策提供参考依据。%The optimal allocation of human resources in enterprises is the key for enterprise to improve operational efficien -cy and realize the maximization of benefits .In order to achieve the employee task allocation , it takes the task completion costs, task satisfaction and other factors into consideration .With time as constraint condition , it constructs a non-square matrix multi-objective assignment model with time restriction .By using two-stage method for solving the model , the nu-merical calculation results show the validity and feasibility of the model and algorithm , and provide the reference for the en-terprise to make personnel decision .
