旅游企业低碳行为的外部影响因素分析

         

摘要

This paper addresses the social factors that influence the management of low -carbon management practices in hotels.Empirical evidence supporting this investigation is gathered from the hotel in LiaoLing province .Then factor analy-sis and nonlinear optimal scaling regression analysis are conducted , using the result from the survey of 112 star hotels and specialist research .Our results find support for the notion that policy regulation , stakeholders environmental pressures , so-cial norms, and media exert an influence on the degree of implementation of low -carbon management practices by hotel firms.Moreover, it is confirmed that there is a positive relationship between social influence and hotel low -carbon per-formance.Finally, the effect mechanism of various factors is analyzed as well .%以旅游饭店为例,基于政府行为、利益相关者行为、社会规范、宣传媒体四大因素与饭店低碳行为的关系,运用问卷调查方法,对辽宁省旅游饭店112个样本数据进行最优尺度回归分析,发现旅游饭店低碳行为与政府行为、利益相关者行为、社会规范、宣传媒体因素显著相关,证实了旅游企业外部因素与低碳行为的相关关系,并探讨了模型结果的政策性含义。
