我国大中型工业企业研发效率测度及其空间相关性研究

摘要

在对我国省际大中型工业企业的R&D效率测度分析的基础上,结合Moran散点图、空间聚集地图进行效率的空间相关性分析.研究结果表明:我国大中型工业企业R&D的综合效率水平还有待提高；大部分地区大中型工业企业R&D的规模收益未达到规模收益的最适阶段,政府应根据本地区的实际情况增加、减少或重新配置R&D资源；R&D的综合效率存在显著的空间聚集与地区分布不平衡现象,大中型工业企业应当加强地区间R&D的交流与合作,促进技术溢出.%Spatial correlation analysis is carried out on large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in China,combining with Moran scatter plot and LISA gather maps based on R&D efficiencies evaluation.The results show that the overall efficiency level should be improved due to the low technical efficiency level,although the scale efficiency is high.Most large and medium-sized industrial enterprises do not stay in the optimal stage of R&D scale return,and the government should allocate R&D resources according to the actual situation of the region.There are significant space gathering and area distribution imbalance of the R&D overall efficiency,and the R&D cooperation and exchange should be strengthened between regions for the promotion of technological spillover.
