高新技术业知识产权联盟的利益分享机制研究

摘要

The existence of knowledge property integration is beneficial to the integration of R&D resources of high-tech industry,thus to raise the use efficiency of R&D resources.While due to the homogeneous competition and limited benefit sharing etc,most of the knowledge property integration can' t make enough efforts.In this paper,we contend that the critical problem is to establish proper benefit sharing mechanism for knowledge property integration.Based on theory of cooperative game and Shapley value,this paper designs adjusted Shapely value benefit sharing mechanism in accordance with the practice of high-tech industry,and makes practical analysis with numerical example.We conclude that this mechanism can promote single high-tech enterprise to share R&D resources and decrease homogeneous investment,thus can accelerate the knowledge property integration playing effective role in a long term.%建立知识产权联盟,有利于高新技术业整合研发资源,提高研发资源利用效率,然而由于研发企业间的同质竞争、利益分享有限等问题的存在,使得现实中大多数知识产权联盟无法发挥应有的效力.研究认为,解决问题的关键在于建立合理有效的知识产权联盟利益分享机制.研究引入Shapley值作为分析工具,结合高新技术业的实际加以改进,设计出基于改进Shapley值知识产权联盟的利益分享机制,并结合算例开展实证分析,发现利用这一机制可以有效激励个体企业的技术资源共享,减少研发资源的重复投入,保障知识产权联盟作为知识共享平台长期有效运行.
