中国促进本国技术进步的留学生渠道研究

摘要

首先研究了留学生渠道促进本国技术进步的传导机制和传导效果的影响因素,然后将LP模型应用于对中国留学生渠道传导效果的检验,得出中国通过留学生渠道促进本国技术进步的效果十分明显这一结论,接着对这一结论进行了影响因素分析,最后在结论分析的基础上给出进一步发挥留学生渠道促进我国技术进步作用的政策建议.%First, this paper studies transmission mechanism by which returned student promote home country' technology progress and factors that influence conduction effect. Then LP model is applied to test the conduction effect of returned student channel in China, and conclusion is the effect that china promotes its technology progress by returned student channel is very obvious. Then the paper analyzes the influential factors that lead to the conclusion. At last, based on that, this paper gives policy proposal that makes returned student channel further promote china' technology progress.
