工程承包企业项目经理对项目团队能力的影响分析

摘要

通过文献综述识别和筛选出项目经理评价指标和项目团队能力评价指标,应用因子分析提取项目经理评价指标的公因子作为项目经理特征因子,利用多元线性回归方法建立项目经理特征因子与项目团队能力的关系式,得出对项目团队能力具有重要影响的项目经理特征因子,并且分析其对团队能力的影响程度,为项目经理在实践中通过改变自身特征提高绩效提供理论支持.%The paper identified and filtered out the project manager indicators and project teamwork indicators through the literature review and then applied the factor analysis to extract the prime factors as the project manager characteristic factors. After that, using multiple linear regression method, the paper established a model, showing that the project manager characteristic factors had an important influence on the project teamwork. Finally, the paper analyzed how project manager characteristic factors impact on the project teamwork to provide a theoretical support for the project manager to improve performance by changing their own characteristics in practice.
