浅析我国自然科学基金青年人才培养制度

摘要

自然科学基金是青年科技人才成长重要基石，国家与地方省市自然科学基金关于青年科技人才培养成效经验对广东具有重要学习借鉴意义，广东自然科学基金在实施创新驱动战略中必须扬长补短，加强青年人才培养制度创新。%Natural Science Foundation (NSF) plays an important role in the growth of young talents.Based on the experi-ence of national and local NSF,the young talents cultivation provide an important learning significance to Guangdong NSF. Taking the special way with innovation strategy,Guangdong NSF would strengthen the innovation system of young talents training.
