“以史为鉴”--从汽车能源技术发展史看我国电动汽车发展战略

摘要

Researching on the progressive history of the vehicle energy technology,we can summarizing the 5 historical di-mensions such as need driven,optimizing efficiency,technology limitations,innovation barrier,policy are the most impor-tant powers that pushing forward the historical selection and development.The electric vehicle (EV)have been became the area that more and more developed countries and emerging economies focus on after the modern vehicle has been developed for hundred years.Such as U.S.,Japan,Germany,France,China have been carried out the preferential policies and treatments that improving the EV development in own country's industry and market.But the EV market has huge problems that must to be solved.For China,government and enterprises must making the strategies based on leading necessary, technology developing,propagating,flexible marketing plan,all kinds of the enterprises participate in,search the long effecting policy to promote the EV industry and market growing.%从现代汽车能源技术发展的历史，可以总结出涉及需求驱动、对效率优化的追求、技术局限性、革新壁垒、政策的5种历史维度，是推动汽车能源技术历史选择和发展的重要力量。电动汽车在汽车历经百年发展后，成为目前各发达国家和新兴经济体关注的焦点领域，包括我国在内的美、日、德、法等国家都推出了各种优惠措施推进本国电动汽车产业和市场的发展，取得了一定效果的同时也面临很多亟待解决的问题。针对我国电动汽车未来的发展，需要从引导需求、技术进步与宣传、灵活的市场化手段、多种体制企业共同发展和探索政策的长效机制等方面进行战略规划。
