广东省科技担保行业发展现状、存在问题和对策建议

摘要

As the result of modern finance service industry which develops into a certain stage,guarantee industry under-takes the middle bridge in the industrial capital and financial capital. Through analyzing the development present situation, problems of science and technology guarantee companies in Guangdong province,the paper learns the advanced experiences and practices from domestic and international nations and region,offers policy suggestions for developing the science and technology guarantee companies,providing reference of our province sustainability and creating favorable environment for small and medium enterprises of science and technology.%作为现代金融服务业发展到一定阶段的产物，担保行业在产业资本和金融资本中承担着中间桥梁的作用。通过分析广东省科技担保行业发展现状、存在问题，借鉴国内外地区有关科技担保的先进经验做法，提出进一步发展科技担保行业的政策建议，为广东省科技担保行业的可持续发展提供有益参考，同时也为科技型中小微企业的发展营造有利的环境。
