摘要

The article examines the influence of exploiting science in the innovation process on the patent quality in nano-material industry. The result shows that citing scientific articles has positive effect on the patent quality. It indicates that promoting science - technology linkage will raise the level of technological innovation in the industry.%使用德温特专利库中纳米材料产业的美国专利数据考察在企业的技术创新中科学知识的利用对专利质量是否产生影响，结果显示，企业专利引用科学论文会显著提高专利质量。此研究结果说明纳米领域的技术创新受科学前沿的影响较为直接，促进科学-技术的联系将提高企业的技术影响力。
