创新人才培养与大学教师胜任力对接模型构建研究

     

摘要

创新人才培养已成为当前大学教育的核心价值观。构建与创新人才培养相匹配的大学教师胜任力模型,对于有效管理大学教师、提升大学教育质量具有举足轻重的作用。以胜任力理论为分析依据,从知识、能力、品质和创新意识四个维度构建创新人才培养与大学教师胜任力的对接模型,为大学教师评价管理和创新人才培养实践提供理论框架。%Innovative talents’cultivation has become the core value of higher education. It is quite important to establish competency model of university teachers which matches properly with the cultivation of innovative talents,so as to effective-ly manage university teachers and enhance the quality of higher education. Based on the theory of competency,this paper constructed the matching model of innovative talents’cultivation and university teachers’competency,which can be used as theoretical framework for the evaluation of university teachers and the cultivating practice of innovative talents.
