三种产权制度与企业技术创新激励

摘要

Based on the characters of enterprise,this paper divides property right into physical capital property rights,in-tellectual property rights and human capital property rights,and establishes a model of duplicate entrustment of an agent.It resolves the process of creation and adds the systems of physical capital property rights,intellectual property rights and hu-man capital property rights to the process in order to analyze different mechanisms and effects of different property right sys-tems during the process of technological innovation.On this basis,this paper probes into the current situation and contro-versy of those three property right systems according to the achievements and deficiencies of creation of enterprises in our country and it puts forward some corresponding opinions.%根据企业的性质将产权分为物质资本产权、知识产权和人力资本产权，构建一个二重委托代理模型对创新过程进行分解，并将物质资本产权制度、知识产权制度和人力资本产权制度纳入其中，以分析不同产权制度激励企业进行技术创新的机制和效果。在此基础上，结合我国企业创新的成就与不足探讨我国3种产权制度的现状与争议，并提出相应观点。
