互补性资产视角下企业科技创新效率提升路径研究

摘要

In the process of economic transformation and upgrading,enterpriseˊs technological innovation investments grad-ually increase.But at the same time,we should pay attention to improving technological innovation efficiency based on the perspective of enterprise itself.This paper puts forward several ways to improve enterpriseˊs technological innovation effi-ciency on the basis of analyzing the inputs,outputs and problems of enterpriseˊs technological innovation.Measures such as,staff capacity,supplier involvement,paying critical attention to the client,holding many different characteristics of complementary assets and innovation environment,information communication,motivation,risk -sharing mechanism can improve enterpriseˊs technological innovation efficiency.This paper provides a new research perspective and idea for impro-ving enterpriseˊs technological innovation efficiency.%在阐述我国企业科技创新投入与产出现状以及企业科技创新中存在问题的基础上，提出基于员工能力、供应商参与、重视客户、持有众多特质互异的互补性资产以及基于创新环境、信息交流、激励、风险共担机制等企业视角提升企业科技创新效率的路径。研究为提升微观企业科技创新投入效率提供了新的研究视角与思路。
