小微企业智力资本创新力与区域创新氛围的贡献研究--以江苏省小微企业为例

摘要

According to the theories of Intellectual Capital and the Regional Innovation,the paper breaks down the core el-ements of innovation and regional innovation environment in their logic connections.Then,combined with Jiangsu small mi-cro -enterprise survey data,the paper designs the indexes and indicators,and measure the contribution of intellectual cap-ital in small and micro enterprises innovation for the regional innovation and value.The result shows that,the effects of in-telligence capital innovation force in single small micro enterprise on regional innovation are limited;the intelligence capital innovation force of small micro "group"is the main support of forming regional innovation climate.Because knowledge and technology innovation force are indivisible,they are vital to the sustainable innovation.However,these businesses`en-vironment innovation force relies on their organization capital from small micro groups,which depend on making full use of their regional resources endowment and their external innovation.%依据智力资本理论、区域创新理论，研究分解出智力资本的核心创新力与区域创新氛围的逻辑联结。结合江苏小微企业调研数据设计的指数与子指标，衡量了小微企业智力资本创新力对区域创新氛围的贡献关系与价值。分析表明，单个小微企业的智力资本创新力对区域创新影响有限，而小微“群”的智力资本创新力才是区域创新氛围形成的重要支撑，其中知识与技术创新力不可分割，对组织内创新的产生和延续至关重要；而环境创新力则需要依靠小微“群”的组织资本，充分利用区域资源禀赋协同组织外创新支持来共同促成。
