基于D－S证据理论的城市社区民生科技贡献绩效评估研究

摘要

This paper is based on the function of science&technology for People's Livelihood to construction of urban com-munity in aspects of community safety,energy saving and environmental protection,health and sanitation,convenience of living,learning and communication. The paper puts forward the main contribution performance factors of science&technol-ogy for People's Livelihood in the construction of urban community,establishes the contribution performance evaluation sys-tem of science &technology for People's Livelihood in the urban community,and adopts the analysis method of D-S evi-dence theory. Through the calculation examples,the paper evaluates the contribution performance of Science &technology for People's Livelihood in the urban community,provides support for the contribution performance evaluation of science &technology for People's Livelihood in the urban community.%研究基于民生科技对城市社区建设在社区安全、节能环保、健康卫生、生活便利和学习交流等方面发挥的功能和作用，提出民生科技在城市社区建设中体现贡献绩效的主要因素，建立城市社区民生科技贡献绩效评价指标体系，并采用D－S理论的分析方法，通过算例对天津市华苑社区民生科技的贡献绩效进行评价，为民生科技在城市社区的绩效评估提供支撑。
