基于组合赋权-TOPSIS模型的军工企业装备维修能力评价研究

摘要

The equipment maintenance ability of military enterprises directly affects the overall efficiency of military enterprises.Firstly,based on the existing index system of equipment maintenance support capability,the paper tries to construct the evaluation index system of military enterprise equipment maintenance support capability,analyzes the special significance of evaluation index weight,and puts forward the Delphi method-analytic hierarchy process (Delphi-AHP) method and Entropy method.The integration of subjective and objective combination weighting method,and the application of combination weighting-TOPSIS evaluation model in military enterprise equipment maintenance support capability assessment.The paper verifies that the evaluation index system and evaluation method are scientific and effective based on case study.%军工企业的装备维修能力直接影响到军工企业的整体效益.首先,借鉴已有装备维修保障能力指标体系研究,尝试构建出军工企业装备维修保障能力评价指标体系,然后深入分析评价指标赋权的特殊意义,提出德尔菲法(Delphi method)-层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)(Delphi-AHP法)和熵权法相集成的主客观组合赋权法,继而将组合赋权-逼近理想值法(TOPSIS)评价模型应用于军工企业装备维修保障能力评价中,并用案例验证整个评价指标体系和评价方法的科学性与有效性.
