科研院所视角下农业科技政策改革的若干思考

摘要

Taking the policy change of agricultural scientific research institutes as the main line and using the methods of classification,experience summary and investigation,this paperanalyzed the evolution law,the implementation effect of the national agriculture science and technology policy,the plight of agricultural scientific research institutes' development,and the new situation which thedevelopmentofagricultural science and technology was faced with.Finally it putforward some suggestions on how to promote the reform of agricultural science and technology policies.%以农业科研院所的农业科技政策变迁为主线,采取分类梳理、经验总结和调查研究的方法,对“十二五”以来国家农业科技政策演变规律、执行效果、农业科研院所发展的困境及农业科技发展面临的新形势进行分析,提出进一步推动农业科技政策改革的对策建议.
