基于广域价值流的大型制造企业供应链管理机制优化研究

摘要

Revolving around the waste problem in enterprises' supply chain management,the paper analyzes the current situation and optimizing strategies of supply chain management in OMZK,and elaborates the future conditions of it after optimization.According to the contrast between twvo figures of WAN value stream in current and future situation,it is found that WAN value stream can effectively recognize the waste in supply chain management of large manufacturing enterprises,provide optimizing strategies for it,and reduce wvaste on a large scale to improve efficiency and satisfy clients' need.%针对企业供应链管理中的浪费问题,应用广域价值流方法分析OMZK公司的供应链管理现状、管理机制优化的策略以及优化后的未来供应链管理状态.通过现在状态和未来状态的广域价值流图的对比分析,可以发现广域价值流能够有效识别大型制造企业供应链管理中的浪费,并为其提供优化策略,较大幅度地降低浪费,提高效益,满足客户需求.
