基于价值流分析的电子制造企业精益物流应用研究

摘要

精益物流的核心思想是消除浪费、连续改善，对于提高电子制造企业的运作效率具有非常重要的现实意义，运用价值流分析法和实证应用研究，探讨了电子制造企业如何识别浪费、改进流程，实施精益物流系统优化。%In this paper, using the value flow analysis technique, we discussed how the electronics-manufacturing enterprises could identify wastes, improve process and realize the lean operation of their logistics systems.
