大数据时代的科研管理研究:基于绩效信息使用理论的视角

摘要

对绩效信息使用理论进行回顾,并在其理论框架的基础上指出构建科研管理与人才协同发展机制的主要路径,以及其中需要注意的问题,(1)科研管理与人才发展绩效信息的挖掘与分析;(3)有关数理统计分析模型研究;(3)绩效信息使用与组织日常管理过程相结合的理论与实践研究.%The article reviews the previous research on the use of performance information and puts forward the main contents of the cooperate mechanism.It also stresses the key questions in this process:First,the data mining and analysis of S&R management and talent development performance information;second,the research on the relevant statistics analysis models;third,the theory and practice research on the combination of use of performance information and the organizational routine.
