浅议高等医药院校复合型人才的培养

With the development of market economy globalization,As infiltration and fusion of every culture from each nation and countries. To meet the needs of era,higher medical col eges and universities cultivate a large number of high-level basic solid foundation,wide k nowledge,ability,interdisciplinary talents with high quality.This paper analyze emphatical y from the comprehensive curriculum setting,the improvement of the teachers and multicultural learning three aspects,To seek the shortest cut about the cultivation of medical talents in col eges and universities.%随着全球化市场经济的发展，各国、各民族文化的不断渗透和融合，时代需求高层的新型人才，中国传统的大学教育主要培养理论分析型、学术研究型、规划设计型及决策管理型人才，这些教育模式已远远不能满足迅猛发展的国际化市场需要，传统的高等医药教育也同样受到挑战，因此，高等医药院校为适应时代需求，培养大批高层次基础扎实、知识面广、能力强、素质高的复合型人才。该文着重从综合课程的设置；教师队伍的完善；学生多元文化的学习三个方面分析探讨，寻求医药高等院校复合型人才的培养捷径，培养社会急需的优秀的复合型人才。
