C型瓦楞纸板设计的试验研究①

         

摘要

In this paper,an new optimum design method was proposed about the forming design of corrugated board.Based on orthogonal experimental method to design experimental programmers,index is edge crush strength test,and the factors that affect C flute corrugated board of strength was studied.By mean of orthogonal test and multiple factors variance analysis,how the test factors influence C flute corrugated board was studied,and the influence from high to low is:grammage of the medium,flute,number of flute and corrugation height,it concluded that the level of different factors on which influent extent and rule of strength of C flute corrugated board.The edge crush strength of corrugated board optimal factor level is A2B2C3D1.The technology parameters of C flute corrugated board were optimized as follows:grammage of the medium,110 g/m2;flute,UV;number of flute,43/30 cm;corrugation height,3.4 mm.%对瓦楞纸板的成形设计提出了一种新的优化设计方法。以正交试验方法设计试验方案,边压强度为试验指标,并研究了影响C型瓦楞纸板强度的因素。正交试验和方差分析结果表明,试验因素对C型瓦楞纸板强度的影响程度大小依次为瓦楞芯纸的定量、楞型、楞数和楞高,得出了不同参数对C型瓦楞纸板强度的影响规律。优化后的最佳组合参数为A2B2C3D1,即楞瓦楞芯纸定量为110g/m2、楞型为UV型、楞数为43个/30cm和楞高为3.4mm。
