The step valve has the first side, in which a set of holes is formed. The working spool comprises a step valve saddle with the set of holes in the first spool side and a spool mirror with a set of holes in the opposite second spool side. The sets of holes in the first side of the working step valve, in the step valve saddle and in the mirror of the working valve are intended to serve as a fast acting valve by the pressure release from the brake line into the atmosphere and to distribute the pressure from the reservoir of the accelerated brake release to the working step valve interrupting the said function, when a slight excess pressure reduction occurs in the brake line.;EFFECT: increased traffic safety.;29 cl, 24 dwg
