从“学生失联”探析学生工作中“底线教育”问题

         

摘要

Frequent “Lost Girls” events exposed the lack of current baseline education in student work in universities.“Human overall development” is the Marx doctrine of the soul, is the theoretical guidance of instructors’ work. New characteristics and new demands of occupation ability standard working objects, from two aspects: Theory and practice requirements of the ideological and political education workers to keep pace with the times first students, let her work in moral education to the students,“ritual”, “Education Law”and safety awareness education, college students’ mental health in four aspects is more systematic and effective. According to the theory of thinking of student work from the system theory method, is to establish a comprehensive concept of development, the establishment of three-in-one education mode to strengthen the “bottom line” bottom line; infiltration education“education”concept in the work; at the same time, the use of a variety of carrier to carry out the relevant education.%频繁“学生生失联”事件的发生暴露出当前高校学生工作中底线教育的不足。“人的全面发展”是马克思主义学说的灵魂,更是辅导员工作的理论指导。工作对象的新特点和职业能力标准的新要求,从理论与实践两方面要求一线学生思想政治教育工作者与时俱进,让自己的工作在学生德育、“礼”的教育、“法”及安全意识教育、大学生心理健康四个方面更显系统性和成效性。从系统论的方法论出发思考学生工作,就是要树立全面发展的理念,设立三位一体教育模式加强“底线教育”;在各项工作中渗透“底线教育”理念;同时运用多种载体开展相关教育。
