学习英美文学的价值和现实意义

摘要

本文针对实用主义思想指导下很多大学学生轻视英美文学的现象,从文学的特征和功能,人的需要的角度切入,探讨了文学与历史,文学与人生,文学与作家,文学与读者四对关系,论证英美文学对当代大学生的阅读价值和现实意义.The phenomenon of student' neglecting the importance of learning literature under China' s material-oriented society, the paper tries to analyze the feature,function of literature and the relationships between literature and history,life,author and readers, respectively,the author probe into the value of reading English literature again.
